PROGRESS IN MEGA PROJECT:
Our product is progressing very well. We have made the website for our Mega Project which will serve as our Portfolio and will bring a professional outlook of our work. We have also made pages on Facebook and Instagram. We promoted our product through messenger, WhatsApp, messages and stories. We have given a complete WhatsApp and email for our business. We are receiving many positive responses from all over Pakistan. And our products are delivered all over Pakistan. We did promote our products in many groups on Facebook and especially in children’s groups too.

CHALLENGES FACED:
The first challenge faced is that the cost of books is a bit high as its printing and lamination cost a lot. So it is a little difficult for us to reduce the cost of the price of books. Yet we are trying our best to reduce the price of books by reducing the content of books or reducing the number of pages. And the second challenge we are facing is to find families with gifted children. Because gaining their parent’s trust is the most sensitive and tough. But we are trying our best to find those families and we already sell books to those children which are facing difficulty in learning because of lockdown.
CHANGES IN APPROACH:
We changed our approach to selling books by posting our book’s posts in different groups on social media. And now we also introduce customized binders. By giving customizing choice We are allowing them to decide what they want in their bookbinders. This strategy is made to attract more customers to buy our product for their little ones. We have made it easy for a parent to understand.
IMPACT BY PRODUCT:
Most people and many new parents didn’t know flashcard-type books. So it is an interesting opportunity for them. And due to pandemics, parents want to keep their children engaged. So by seeing so many requests of parents we created something to help them in this problem. We designed the bookbinders for little minds. After making this page we have received feedback from our customers that they liked our books. Our books have made a huge impact on their learning abilities by making books for interactive and fun to learn new things. throughout this initiative we bridged the gap for effective learning of children in a fun manner.

PLANNING & SUSTAINABILITY
To ensure sustainability. We assigned tasks individually. So everyone does their part smoothly. Everyone had a different domain and responsibility who are being cared out very sincerely. And have also made the book eco-friendly.
